The Service Department has outstanding employees starting with its Manager Anthony Garnica followed by Daniel Lopez a Service Advisor. Mr. Lopez is always in a great mood and he explains very well the intake process and keeps you updated on the progress of the service. I give five star rating.

Does not deserve any stars, not even 1. Be careful when financing a vehicle with Honda Financial. We purchased a car from Honda in Yuma, AZ in 2023 and purchased GAP insurance through Honda for the vehicle. We recently traded in the vehicle for another vehicle and requested our GAP refund. Mind you, we've only had the vehicle for a little over a year, so we were due a good portion of the remaining GAP. I've been to 5 Honda dealerships in 3 states, and I have never had as much trouble as I've had with Yuma Honda. These guys have cheated me multiple times. When I first arrived in Yuma they recommended I should have my timing belt replaced. I did not know if I had had it done before.
